I illustrate things, I make short animated films (in my own special way), I have written two cookbooks (one in Portuguese for kids,one in English for grown-ups visiting Portugal), I blog about stuff, I paint when I have the time and still imagine that I have time to play on the internet and watch a bit of rubbish telly.

I live in Portugal, just south of Lisbon, not living the “expat life” of many other Britons, fannying about in shorts complaining about everything, but living my life with my little Portuguese family with all the laundry that entails.

I am seriously considering the idea of contemplating attempting to think about the concept of writing my next book…. which won’t be about food.  Well, most of it won’t.  It will be about Portugal. With pictures.
